Dear California Spatial Reference Center Community,

      ***Note the date change: the meeting has been moved to Friday,  
October 17th.***

Please plan to attend the California Spatial Reference Center  
Coordinating Council (CSRC CC) Semi-Annual Meeting on October 17th at  
the Scripps Institution of Oceanography.  Please RSVP by October 10th  
by email or telephone (mariaturingan at ucsd.edu or 858-822-2156) and  
continue to check your email for updates.

CSRC CC Semi-Annual Meeting
Date:        Friday, October 17, 2008
Time:        10:00 AM to 4:30 PM
                 9:30-10:00 AM greetings, orientation, and light  
breakfast
                 Lunch will be provided from noon to 1:00 PM
Location:  IGPP Dept., Scripps Institution of Oceanography
                 Revelle Conference Room/SIO Visualization Center
                 Revelle Lab, Building 4000, Third Floor (the top  
floor), Room 4301
                 8785 Biological Grade, La Jolla, CA 92037

Currently, there is availability at the La Jolla Shores Hotel  
(formerly the Sea Lodge), located steps from the beach, at the Scripps  
Rate of $119 per night plus tax and charges.  Please contact hotel  
reservations directly and immediately to secure this rate,

and attending a meeting here.

Attached you will find three documents:
1. SIO map- including parking permit information
2. Information about hotel and ground transportation
3. Agenda from the last meeting on May 2008 to give you a general  
sense of meeting topics and proceedings; an agenda for the October  
meeting will be emailed once it is finalized.
